Purchases
The prices for goods displayed for sale on the Site are as set out on the Site and are inclusive of relevant VAT and Duty at rates valid as of time of purchase. Where additional charges are made for delivery, they are clearly displayed.
By completing and submitting the electronic order form on the site you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
By making that offer to purchase goods, you are also authorising the Company to deduct the amount from the card or payment method provided. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email, stating that the goods ordered have been dispatched. This confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive an email, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion. Where we are unable to fulfil part or all of your order we will contact you and arrange to refund that amount to you. In the case of a web order being of over €2000 (inclusive of postage) we will ask for payment via bank transfer or paypal and any credit card payment already made will be refunded. This may cause a slight delay to delivery times but is a necessary security measure.
Delivery
The Craft Beers Delivered website offers delivery to Ireland, the UK and Europe, a service through third party logistics providers. More information can be found on our delivery information page. Goods must be ordered by and received by a person 18 years of age or older (or persons of the requisite minimum legal age for ordering alcoholic products in the place of the order).
Cancellation of Orders, Returns & Refunds
You can cancel your order but this must be done in email within 4 hours of purchasing. If the product has been delivered, or we are unable to prevent delivery of a despatched order from being completed, you must return the product to us for the order to be cancelled. In such cases the return will be accepted subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Returns Policy above. Simply contact us by phone on +353 1 912 3253 from outside Ireland or email [email protected]. To help us assist you as quickly as possible please quote your order reference number. You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 working days, which begins on the day after you receive delivery of your order. During the cooling-off period, you may cancel your order for any reason and provide notification to the Company that you will be returning the product and accept to pay the cost of returning the product. Refunds will only be issued including shipping costs if they were delivered in error, defective or badly damaged. Upon cancellation, we will make the necessary arrangements to facilitate the return of the order and will reimburse you within 14 days. While we are more than happy to help if you wish to return goods that are not faulty or damaged you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods.
We work hard to ensure that our goods arrive at your door exactly as they left ours. Unfortunately, accidents can happen. In the unfortunate case of goods being delivered in error, or which are defective or badly damaged on arrival, Craft Beers Delivered will arrange to have a courier service collect the products from you. Such collection will be at our expense and we will also refund you the original purchase and delivery cost of such items.
Refunded orders must be returned in the original packaging and in good condition for the refund to be granted. For more information, please visit our Returns page.
Images on our website are there for illustration only and might not be an exact representation of the product. For example discontinued products, batch numbers, product packaging, are all subject to change. We will do our best to inform you if this is the case, however, do not accept such changes as being a reason for return, other than at your own expense. If you are in any kind of doubt, then please double check with us before ordering.
