Made in collab with Yum Cakes Bakery in Derry, Otterbank use their amazing leftovers and offcuts with a big hefty stout malt bill of Irish pale malt, oats, chocolate, and roasted barley. The brew isn't done yet as it receives a special ageing in ex-mezcal barrels before packaging. This liquid chocolate cake has a big, punchy, cocoa and oak aroma with lots of dark sugar and more chocolate on tasting. Thick, sweet, and decadent. Who needs cake?
