Found in the village of Beersel in the Zenne Valley between Brussels and the Pajottenland, 3 Fonteinen has deep roots in tradition and is one of the last traditional lambic breweries and geuze blenders in Belgium. Today they still utilise spontaneous fermentation and follow traditional guidelines to produce true, authentic lambic beers. Brewed with time, excellence and patience.

Beer Description

Crafted using handpicked, sour cherries on young lambic for a minimum of four months, this is then blended with more young lambic to achieve 35% fruit intensity before immediate bottling. Cellar stored for a minimum of 5 months, this is unfiltered, unpasteurised with no artificial sugars or syrups. Expect rich flavours with a subtle tardiness as well as notes of almond and cinnamon.
