Schlenkerla

Founded back in the 15th century, the renowned Schlenkerla in Bamberg is the home to smoke beer! Today, it is run by the Trim family who are in their 6th generation and the brewery operates in the original location underneath a cathedral in the middle of the town. They have won multiple awards for their smoked beers, in particular the Marzen!
